Baahubali Producer Bluntly Criticizes Prabhas

Shobu Yarlagadda, known for his work ethic and lack of controversy, pointed a finger at his 'Baahubali' idol, Prabhas. Shobu stated in a recent YouTube interview that a film like 'Salaar' does not require advertising in telugu markets because of Prabhas' star power, but emphadata-sized the significance of promotion in Hindi.
He openly contrasted Prabhas' zero-marketing technique to Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan,' claiming that although Shah Rukh doesn't need to promote, Prabhas' Salaar in hindi belt might have done better with advertising. Although he did it quietly, Shobu's frank presentation of the subject should at the very least spark a debate. When a celebrity is involved, industry insiders, even their production teams, are often afraid to share such details.
Not only prabhas but also director Prashanth Neel, shunned pre-release advertisements in hindi, especially while competing with the film of the greatest bollywood actor. He articulated the producer's point of view and grief. According to the most recent box office data from the hindi belt, the film earned roughly Rs 6 crore on its second Friday, bringing the overall sum to around Rs 100 crore. With this pattern, it is understandable that the hindi collections of Salaar outnumber the telugu version in the home market. The film's nett hindi collections of Rs 6 crore have surpassed the sub-Rs 5-6 crore collections in Telugu.
