All eyes are on ayodhya as PM Modi pays a visit...

Prime minister Narendra Modi will visit the temple town on saturday to witness the groundbreaking of development projects valued at Rs 15,700 crore for Uttar Pradesh, which includes projects worth Rs 11,100 crore for ayodhya, with less than a month till the ayodhya ram temple is officially opened. Among other things, the PM will open a new railway station, four walkways, a new greenfield township, and an international airport.

At 11.15 am, Modi will open the renovated ayodhya railway station and launch six new Vande Bharat trains and two new Amrit Bharat trains. The Maharishi Valmiki international airport, a newly constructed airport in ayodhya, will be officially opened by the PM at approximately 12:15 PM. The PM will speak at a public assembly at 1 pm, after which he will officially launch infrastructure projects and lay their cornerstones. Modi will open four recently reconstructed roadways, Rampath, Bhaktipath, Dharampath, and Shri ram Janmabhoomi Path, to improve accessibility to the shrine.

The visit by the PM will determine the atmosphere leading up to the temple idol's consecration ceremony on january 22. In preparation for the occasion, the Sangh Parivar has mobilized and is carrying out its outreach programmes throughout india and a few other nations. Context: One of the major ideological initiatives of the bjp will come to an end with the dedication of the ram Lalla idol. Three decades ago, the L K Advani-led ram Janmabhoomi movement, which resulted in the destruction of Babri Masjid, started a series of events that catapulted the party from the periphery of electoral politics to the forefront of national affairs. It made the bjp the main opposition party to the Congress.
