Adjournment of judgment in case against Udayanidhi..!?

According to sources the judgment in the case is expected to be announced only in 2024 as the christmas holidays start from december 23, 2023. Meanwhile madras high court has adjourned the verdict in the case filed against three persons including minister Udayanidhi stalin in connection with the controversial speech on Sanathanam Dharma. minister Udayanidhi stalin, speaking at the Sanatana Abolition Conference held in chennai on september 2, said that Sanatana should be eradicated like dengue, malaria and corona. This was strongly condemned by the bjp and Hindutva organizations.
 
Furthermore in response to this, minister Udayanidhi stalin, Hindu Religious Charities minister Shekharbabu and DMK mp who attended the meeting with him. A. Raza was prosecuted in the madras High Court. While the case was being heard in the session of Justice Anita Sumant, it was expected that the verdict in the case would be delivered today. However, the judge has announced that he will postpone the judgment of the case.
