The Vitthalnagar Cooperative Housing Society home is split over two plots totaling 674 square metres and 890.47 square metres, with a total value of about Rs 50.63 crore. On november 8, two distinct gift deeds were signed, and a stamp duty of Rs 50.65 lakh was paid to register the deed.

The property on 10th Road in the Juhu Vile Parle Development Scheme was transferred on november 8 through two distinct gift deeds for two plots. According to Zapkey.com, which has accessed the registration documents, the first plot owned by amitabh bachchan and his rajya sabha MP wife measures 9,585 square feet and is valued at 31.39 crore, while the second plot owned by amitabh is spread over 7,254 square feet and is valued at 19.24 crore.
