The supreme court CJI bench adjourned Chandrababu's special leave petition to tuesday (October 3). CJI Justice DY Chandrachud announced that they will hear all matters related to the petition on october 3. Initially, this petition went to Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice SVN Bhatti's bench. It is known that Justice Bhatti did not agree to hear the arguments on this petition. With this, Chandrababu's lawyers mentioned to the CJI that this petition should be investigated urgently.

CID officials have issued a 41A notice to tdp national general secretary Nara Lokesh. In the notices, it was mentioned that he should appear at the CID office in guntur on the morning of the 14th. lokesh was recently named A14 in the Inner Ring Road case. But later they told the high court that the FIR was changed..how it was changed..whether it was changed to a witness or not..it is not clear whether it was kept as an accused.
