Complete BAN on Mobile Phones in AP Schools.!

A MOMO has been issued imposing a complete ban on students bringing mobile phones to schools. Not only the students but also the teachers have been restricted by the government from bringing phones into the classrooms. Based on the global education monitoring report released by UNESCO, the government has revealed that this decision has been taken to avoid any hindrance to teaching. 

The ap school education Department disclosed that this decision was taken only after discussions with teachers' unions and other groups. It has warned that disciplinary action will be taken against teachers who bring phones into the classrooms in violation of the rules. In this context, it has been stated in the order that the principals of the school and the above officials should ensure that these regulations are strictly implemented.


The ap education Department justified its decision saying that this decision was taken with the intention of ensuring that the students along with the teachers can concentrate on the curriculum without any disruption during the teaching.  Based on the Global education Monitoring Report recently released by UNESCO of the United Nations, it is said that it will help to improve the education standards. 


On the other hand, after the YSRCP government came to power, it initiated revolutionary reforms in the education sector. As part of this, construction of ten types of facilities in government schools has been initiated. Also, under Jagananna vidya Kanuka, students are provided with textbooks, note books, three pairs of clothes, shoes, socks, school bag. It is also providing mid-day meals under the Jagananna Gorumudda scheme. ACAs part of these reforms, government schools have now banned students and teachers from carrying mobile phones.
