Niwano Peace prize winner PV Rajagopal has said that the government should stop using the police department on people who are fighting for basic rights. The 40th Niwano Peace prize of the Niwano Peace Foundation in Tokyo, japan was awarded to PV Rajagopal from kerala last June.
