The Marxist Communist party has insisted that governor RN ravi, who continues to insult the Constitution, should be recalled.

Kanagaraj. The meeting was attended by State Secretary K. Balakrishnan, Central Committee members B. Sampath, U. Vasuki, P. Shanmugam and State Executive Committee members. In this meeting a resolution was passed that the President should immediately return the Governor.
The resolution states: "The tamil Nadu State Working Committee of the Communist party of the party OF INDIA' target='_blank' title='communist party of india-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW">communist party of india insists that the President should immediately recall tamil Nadu governor RN ravi, who continues to act in contempt of the Constitution of India.
In states ruled by non-BJP parties, governors are being used as a political weapon and an ideological tool of the RSS to undermine the functioning of the elected government. As a part of that, the tamil Nadu governor has been making controversial comments.
Raj Bhavan reports that it has recently announced the sacking of minister Senthil balaji and then put it on hold. The governor has no power to appoint or dismiss ministers without the advice of the Chief Minister. Therefore, it was unconstitutional to announce the removal of Senthil balaji as Minister.
Continued activities of the governor are interfering in the affairs of the elected state government, contradicting the position of the state and violating the constitutional jurisdiction.
Therefore, RN ravi is totally unfit to continue in the post of governor based on the Constitution. The tamil Nadu State Working Committee of the Communist party of the party OF INDIA' target='_blank' title='communist party of india-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW">communist party of india has demanded that the President immediately recall the governor. The CPI(M) also requests all political parties and democratic forces to come forward and raise their voices demanding the recall of the governor," it said.
