As it is the time of school and college admissions, students are thronging the 'e-service' centers to buy these certificates. The officers have been instructed to provide evidence with extra care and promptness. Applications received at 'e-seva' centers are forwarded to VAO, Revenue Inspector, district Collector through the website and after due verification, certificate is issued. Earlier there was a situation where the certificate was obtained directly by meeting the authorities. In this, 'e-service' centers are running with the help of online to avoid hassle, manual etc.
You can apply for heir certificate through this 'e service'. If there are no objections, the succession certificate will be issued within 15 days of application after proper field inspection, according to the revenue department. 'E-Service' centers are functioning in government offices including Collectorate, Kotakshiyar, district Collector's offices in TN.
