For the CBSE Class 12 examination, this year, a total of 16.60 lakh students appeared. Amidst various challenges, students appeared for the exams this year. The current year pass rate in this exam is 87.33%. This year's pass percentage compares favorably to the 83.40% pass percentage in the pre-covid year 2019. However, the pass rate this year is less as compared to last year. That is a 5.8% pass percentage less than last year. This year in CBSE +2 general examination more female than male students have passed.

The current year pass percentage is 87.33%
Last year pass age was 92.71%

90.68% of the total female students appeared for the exam, while only 84.67% of the total students appeared for the exam. 6.01% of female students performed better than male students. thiruvananthapuram district topped the CBSE Class 12 exam with a 99.91 percent pass percentage. pune Zone: 87.28% passed.
