iPhone maker apple is going to open its first own store in India. This store will be opened in Mumbai's reliance jio Mall. Now news is coming out that apple has asked for an exclusive zone in jio Mall. According to this, 22 companies like Google, Facebook, microsoft will not be able to open their store near apple Store. apple has made an 11-year agreement to open this store and the rent will be increased by 15 percent every year.According to data analysis firm CRE Metrics, apple has demanded the names of 22 companies to be kept out of their 'exclusive zone'. According to this, these companies will neither be able to buy their stores in that area nor can they put up hoardings and posters with advertisements. Overall, apple has made this agreement to keep its rivals away.According to the agreement, these 'rival companies' will not be able to take permission to open shops, advertise, sell their goods or put up any hoardings in the exclusive zone. The management of the mall will take care that these 22 companies are kept away from the area which comes in the 'Exclusive Zone'.How much rent will apple pay?As per the agreement, an area of 20,800 square feet has been given for the apple Store in reliance Mall. For this, the company will give 42 lakh rupees every month and 2 percent of its income for 36 months and after that 2.5 percent of its income to jio Mall.
