After the failure of Beast, Vijay's next film is Varisu. Actor Vijay's 66th film is directed by director Vamshi, who has given various blockbuster hits in telugu cinema. This is the 2nd film he is directing in tamil and before that he had directed Thozha starring karthi and Nagarjuna.
