Kapu groups step up campaign for 5% quota
Prior to the upcoming assembly elections in the state, the latest statement made by the central government in parliament leaving it up to the discretion of the andhra pradesh government to implement five percent reservation to Kapus under the Economically Weaker Sections category is snowballing into a major issue.
