On any given day, the evening and second performances at the well-liked prasad Imax are typically packed with spectators, but on Sundays in particular, we see fantastic crowds. In light of this, even a mediocre film will easily have a 30–50% occupancy rate for evening showings, with a minimum of 30% for the second showing. With Nayanthara's most recent movie, Connect, however, such is not the case.

Although Nayanthara has actively marketed "Connect," the movie hasn't really made an impression because of its blatantly antiquated subject matter. That indicates that despite travelling great distances to record interviews for telugu media, Nayanthara's efforts were in vain.
