Opinion: Suo Moto Cases On Munugode Voters?
Why can't the system and the judiciary take up the suo moto action against the bjp and trs candidates in the Munugode constituency when the evidence is so conclusive? The election commission is it asleep? It is a well-known fact that everyone in the system, including the voters, is motivated by money or yields to authority out of fear. Can this be considered a democracy? In the biggest democracy in the world, things are in a sad state.
Online user comments, "When politicians offer to vote in their favour, what's wrong with accepting the money? They remain hidden until the following election. Let them at least use this method to carry out the charity. Poor voters don't use that money to construct castles. They make purchases and stimulate the local economy. This could resemble any existing public assistance programme. After all, each voter chose how to cast their ballot ". How could the citizens possibly complain about systemic corruption if their knowledge is thus poor? It is impossible to alter the human condition.
