Vundavalli, Konathala to be part of BRS in AP?
Since K chandrasekhar Rao, the chief minister of telangana, announced the rebranding of his party from telangana rashtra samithi (TRS) to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), which marked his entry into national politics, it has been just one week. But since then, nothing has been heard from him on the format and makeup of the BRS, the states he would be running in, or the kind of tactics he would use in each state.
There is considerable uncertainty regarding KCR's intentions, particularly with reference to the BRS's plans to strengthen its influence in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh. However, rumours about the political figures who might work with kcr and play a significant part in the BRS in andhra pradesh have already started to circulate. The first name that has gained traction is that of former rajahmundry Vundavalli Arun Kumar, a member of the Congress. He had previously met kcr and was full of admiration for his insight and understanding of national concerns.
Vundavalli expressed his approval of KCR's decision to rename trs into BRS and his intentions to run for office at the federal level, adding that he would be happy to assist kcr again if needed. Therefore, the previous mp can be included in Andhra's BRS.
