BRS will be a threat to Jagan, says 30-years industry

There was some debate on whether telangana chief minister k chandrasekhar rao will run in the elections in andhra pradesh shortly after he announced that his party would change its name from telangana rashtra samithi (TRS) to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). Analysts were racking their brains to determine which party, whether it be Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena or Nara Chandrababu Naidu's telugu Desam party, would take the heat if kcr wanted to run for office in Andhra Pradesh.

The BRS might not target kcr because ysr congress party president and chief minister Y S jagan Mohan reddy still has cordial relationships with him. Analysts predict that kcr may divide the anti-establishment vote by focusing on the TDP. A controversial actor-turned-politician with 30 years in the business, Balireddy prudhvi Raj, has a distinct perspective. According to him, YSRC would be forced to take the biggest hit if KCR's BRS entered Andhra politics.

"The people of Andhra are angry and dissatisfied with Y S jagan Mohan Reddy's leadership, and they are jealous of the progress made in telangana under KCR. They would therefore prefer to vote for kcr if he were to visit Andhra, which would have an impact on the YSRC, he claimed. prudhvi Raj, who left YSRC after occupying a favourable position for a while, has been criticising jagan whenever there is a chance. He also had issues with the jagan administration's handling of the three capitals problem.

After receiving darshan at the Rajarajeshwara Swamy temple in Vemulawada, prudhvi raj spoke to reporters and said that the three capitals issue in andhra pradesh will not be resolved any time soon because the matter was still before the court. He claimed that both the Jana Sena and tdp parties had become stronger and that the Jana Sena party had narrowly lost the polls in 43 constituencies. He claimed that progress had come to a standstill in the State and that goondaism was spreading there. He said that jagan was intimidating ministers and MLAs in order to spread rumours about developments that never materialised.
