Bamba Bakya's first film was Ravanan. He sang the song Kida Kida Kari adupula Kidaku in the film along with Benny Dayal. The news of singer Bamba Bakya's passing away today has left everyone saddened. The tamil film industry is in mourning due to his sudden death at the age of 49. A singer's dream is to somehow sing a song in AR Rahman's music, but Bamba Bakya has sung more than 5 super hit songs in AR Rahman's music. It was AR rahman who first introduced Bamba Bakya as a singer who used to sing in stage concerts.
 Bamba Bakya's first film was Ravanan.
