While salman khan and akshay kumar are well-known for remakes among older audiences, young actors like shahid kapoor and tiger shroff are also enjoying success. Taapsee Pannu, a seductress with curly hair, now appears to be adding her name to the list of heroes who frequently participate in remakes.
More recently than her original films, Taapsee has gained prominence through Spanish film remakes. She co-starred in "Badla," a remake of "The Invisible Guest," with amitabh Bachhan, and "Loop Lapeta," a remake of "Run Lola Run." And she is currently releasing "Dobaaraa," which also happens to be a remake of Anurag Kashyap's super-successful Spanish thriller "Mirage."
The protagonist of the narrative is a housewife who connects with a boy she met 26 years ago while living in the same building through an old television set. The main focus of the movie is a murder mystery, and we have to admit that Taapsee has outperformed herself in every aspect of the teaser. She has a solid remake in the works, but it remains to be seen how much the public will be impressed. The next movie "Blurr" starring Taapsee is likewise a remake and is based on the Spanish movie "Julia's Eyes." All other remakes starring Taapsee are Spanish-language films only, with the exception of Loop Lapeta. It appears that she is now a spokesperson for Spanish films in India.
