Something happened that around 8:30 am on Saturday, 'Lord Shiva' appeared on a Royal Enfield Bullet with 'Goddess Parvati' on the streets of Nagaon city of Assam. Both the youths were riding bullets by disguising themselves as Shiv-Parvati. Suddenly his bullet ran out of petrol. The woman who became Parvati got angry about this. He started an argument. The young man who became shiva also replied. This debate between the two went beyond petrol and reached inflation in the country and the problems of the common man. The matter got heated after seeing both of them arguing in the middle of the market in the form of Shiva-Parvati. The news reached Hindu organizations. He accused them of insulting the deities. vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal etc. filed a report with the police. Seeing the matter getting hot, the police took the youth who became shiva into custody.
On the other hand, the young man who became shiva told that he is an actor and his name is Brinicha Bora. The woman who became Parvati, her name is Parismita Das. He claimed that he did the play to attract people's attention by creating a 'constructive protest'. Brinicha Bora said that many people pray to lord shiva to get rid of their problems and worries. That is why both of us tried to create awareness among people through this play by taking the form of shiva Parvati.
Actress Parsmita Das, who took the form of Parvati, clarified that usually rallies are organized to bring awareness among the people. Heavy expenditure is incurred on them. Many arrangements have to be made. Still, people do not pay much attention to them. In such a situation, this creative method was tried so that people could understand his point.
However, the Hindutva organizations did not seem to agree with his arguments. Organizations like vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal, which have filed police reports against them, say that they have presented our deities in the wrong way, because of which no one has freedom. pradeep Sharma, secretary of vishwa Hindu Parishad in Naugaon, said, “We will not tolerate such acts." We are generous, but that doesn't mean that anyone takes advantage of it. We have nothing to say about the protest in the play, but why was our deity used and humiliated in it?
