Krishna, the tollywood superstar, turned 80 years old. Even at his advanced age, he is in good health. When questioned about his secret to good health, he said: "I try to rest as much as possible. I never leave without a job. I do not come into contact with sunlight. Since the last few decades, my body weight has been constant at 76-77 pounds. To keep this weight, I never perform any kind of workout. It's all due to God's grace "..

Krishna revealed that now that he is free, he is attempting some Yoga. But he admits that for all these years, work has been his only form of exercise. "Now that I'm free, I'm practising some yoga and walking. When I was working on films, I never exercised. I used to labour 17 hours a day till I met Alluri Seetarama Raju. After that, I made a deal with myself to only work between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m ", he revealed.

He went on to explain more- "As soon as I wake up in the morning, I drink one litre of water. After that, I have a glass of juice. At 11 a.m., I have a typical breakfast of Idli and Dosa and drink buttermilk. My afternoon supper will be a three-course affair. Junnu will be with me in the evening. Pulka and chicken curry will be my meal. I'm not a big fan of sweets ".. krishna also mentioned that there were no caravans back in the day, thus he used to spend his time in sets or walking about in between shots.
