Director Swaroop Interview on Mishan Impossible
An occurrence that occurred in 2014 served as a source of inspiration. Three kids ran away from home to apprehend mafia tycoon Dawood Ibrahim. The film is based on true events, however it has been fully fabricated. I wrote the script long before Agent Sai Srinivaasa Athreya arrived on the scene.
After a hit, why did you become more innovative?
I don't think it's dangerous. It makes no difference if we tell a tiny or big narrative if we tell it honestly. My friends advised me to make a love tale or a comedy film when I first decided to pursue a career as a director. However, as we are unlikely to see a fil in space in the foreseeable future, I opted to shoot a detective film.
Making a children's film didn't seem hazardous to you?
We didn't have a local detective film after Chantabbai. agent sai srinivasa athreya had a significant advantage. After Little Soldiers, we didn't see a proper children's film. Making children's films, in my opinion, is not dangerous.
What's the backstory to the film's title?
The headline of the newspaper article about the pune kids was Mission Impossible. To correct names, children usually strike out words. You should see the movie to see if the title is spelled correctly. We used crayons, sketch pens, and other items that children use, and the handwriting is also that of children.
How was the experience of shooting with the kids?
We shot the film in eight of Hyderabad's data-bordering villages. We rented a manduva house, stayed there, and had a good time with the kids. Every day, we used to shoot for 10 to 11 hours.
