Radhe Shyam Colossal FLOP at Box Office - Prabhas flop after 2006

SIBY JEYYA
radhe shyam, the next film by Superstar Prabhaas, was released last friday to mixed reviews from moviegoers. Though some of them were enthralled by the love storey, the majority of the fans appeared to be dissatisfied with the weak writing. Here's some evidence from the ticket sales. radhe shyam reportedly grossed more than 30 crores on its first day of release. And in the crucial next two days, the picture managed to take additional 40.5+ crores shares.
In telugu States, radhe shyam collapsed on its first Monday. In all languages, the film is a flop, with tamil and malayalam becoming a washout. On monday, the hindi version only made 1.40 crores net, which is abysmal. prabhas, in all circumstances, has two weeks to make it big and drive the movie to safe shores. However, by monday, bookings had dropped, and the footprints recorded on monday sounded drab.
After 'Porunami' in 2006, this is the biggest flop in prabhas career and his stardom is at stake now. And with "The kashmir Files" dominating the hindi box office, the movie's chances of becoming a big hit there are slim. Because word of the film has already spread, industry insiders believe it will be difficult to reach the 50% threshold right away. Though the movie's producers have already made a lot of money from internet and satellite licenses, as well as theatre sales, the distributors and marketers may not be as happy.
