The script for Marvel Studios' upcoming blockbuster, Spider-Man: No Way home, has been made available on the internet. No Way home is the third Spider-Man movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, featuring tom Holland as the eponymous web-slinging superhero and set just a few months after the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home. Despite being released during the continuing COVID-19 epidemic, No Way home is the first film since Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in 2019 to collect $1 global box office.
No Way home is perhaps the most grandiose of the six MCU Spider-Man films, matching Holland's Peter Parker facing adversaries from prior Spider-Man series. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield also return, resuming their appearances as multiversal Peter Parker variations. Due to doctor Strange's (Benedict Cumberbatch) mystical antics, the movie finishes with Holland in an altogether new status quo, one in which the whole world (including his best mates) is oblivious of his existence. Spider-future Man's is much more open-ended than it's ever been, having been cut off from his prior affiliations with the Avengers.
