Republic Day: Highest Security with Facial Recognitions!?
A special Facial Recognition System control room has been established to monitor Delhi's hotspots for visitors. From the ground to the tall buildings, every corner will be monitored. Over 27,000 soldiers have been deployed to provide security.

To monitor Delhi's hotspots ahead of Republic Day, delhi Police has installed a special facial recognition system. Visitors can watch the parade from six entry points and 30 facial recognition systems installed on 16 bridges.
When a person enters from these locations, his data-face is visible in the system, and if the person is suspicious, a red light appears on the system.
For security purposes, 27,723 delhi Police officers of various ranks and branches have been deployed ahead of Republic Day. According to the information, personnel from 65 central security forces companies will also be deployed to assist the delhi Police.
Vehicle checks and blockades have been increased at various exit points in some parts of the city over the last 15 days.
