PM Modi leads the nation by paying tribute to CDS General Bipin Rawat
Prime minister of india Narendra Modi paid his last respect to the CDS General Bipin Rawat and to his wife and other personnel who lost their lives in an indian air Force Helicopter crash on december 8th, 2021 at Coonoor area in Tamilnadu. The mortal remains of Bipin, his wife, and the other personnel were brought to Palam airbase from Sulur earlier.
Our Country's PM had paid his last tribute to Bipin and others at a special event-like ceremony which is being held at the airbase.
Rajnath Singh, Defence minister was also present to pay his last tribute to the CDS and other personnel.
Earlier, rajnath singh had met the families of the lost General and other army personnel at the airbase. The remains of the General and the other personnel will be released next to the Kin for the last religious rites which were wished by their respective families. Army Chief General MM Naravane, IAF air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, and Navy chief Admiral R hari Kumar had also paid their respects to the CDS General Bipin and other armed forces.
