Coimbatore police have warned people to be vigilant and travel as traffic has been diverted to various places in coimbatore today due to the arrival of chief minister MK Stalin.
Buses coming from Trichy Road should go through the customs via Classic Tower Junction, government Hospital, Langacorner, Kutchet Road, Old Overpass, Nanjappa Road to Gandhipuram bus Stand.
Vehicles coming from Avinashi Road via the old flyover should turn right at the JM Bakery Junction and proceed to Trichy Road via the red Cross Railway Station.
Vehicles coming from Avinashi Road are allowed to go to Customs and Trichy Road via Guest House. But vehicles coming from Customs and Puliyakulam area are not allowed to go through the guest house.
Alternatively, take the Avinashi Road to the DIG's Office, turn left at Puliakulam via Redfield, turn left and reach Avinashi Road via the Kidney Center.
L. I. vehicles not allowed on C Road will be diverted from Central bus Stand to Salem, Tiruppur Avinashi, Palladam via Gandhipuram Junction. V. Roundabout, Women's Technical College, Manis school Junction Avinashi Road at lakshmi Junction to reach the above area.Buses and vehicles coming to the Central bus Stand via Avinashi Road will be diverted to GKM, Anna Statue, L.A. I. Instead of coming through C, turn right at lakshmi Mill junction and go to Gandhipuram Central bus Stand.
