The supreme court has held a hearing on pollution in Delhi. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice NV ramana that anti-smog guns and dust mitigation measures would be taken to control the pollution.
Dr. abhishek Manu Singhvi, a lawyer for the delhi government, told the court that the fireworks would not cause much pollution and that the court could also inspect it.
