Meera Mithun who is in Jail, gets Arrested Again!
Actress meera Mithun, who was arrested and jailed for slandering directors and directors of the lower caste, has now been re-arrested in another case, even though she is already behind the bars. Actress meera Mithun has won beauty titles like 'Miss South India' and 'Miss tamil Nadu' and she has acted in small roles in films including ‘8 Thotakal’ and ‘Thaanaa Sendha Kootam’.
She also became famous for appearing on a private television reality show and also posting controversies on renowned celebrities. Meanwhile, meera Mithun recently posted a video on YouTube criticizing the low caste artists who work in the cinema industry, and based on a complaint from a political party, she got arrested. meera Mithun had asked for bail as she has been given a call sheet to act in several movies.
But the court refused to grant bail and even accepted her request. In this case, meera Mithun was arrested again by the chennai MKB nagar police yesterday and produced in the Egmore court on a complaint lodged by Joe Michael praveen that she was making defamatory remarks about him. Following a complaint by Joe Michael Praveen, the police filed a petition in court seeking permission to detain and interrogate meera Mithun for 2 days, but the court dismissed the petition.
