Law minister Raghupathi has revealed that Online Rummy will be permanently banned from tamil Nadu and a new law for that will be introduced soon so that they can never ever come again inside the state. Recently, the Online Rummy ban was lifted by chennai High court and immediately several ads on various websites and apps popped up inviting them to play the game.
Regina Cassandra was seen promoting these online Rummy games as we saw her photos in Ace2three game. Earlier, three people in tamil Nadu committed suicide as they lost all the money in this online rummy game and formed ADMK government immediately imposed a ban on the game and they also imposed a fine of Rs.10,000 who download the game.
But this ban was lifted as all the online rummy game companies said it was not a gambling game and this is based on pure talent and potential. Law minister Ragupati who met the press said, "This ban was lifted as ADMK government banned these online games for namesake. A proper law against this online rummy game should be introduced and then the ban should have been implemented. DMK government will soon find the legal way to introduce a new law against this online game and we will ban it permanently."
