Skin care tips for Winter season

We were consistently providing tips to save your skin from harsh winters. During winters your skin becomes so dry and flaky. It also tends to become more itchy and irritated as there is a huge fall in temperature. Skin grievances increase when temperature decreases. When the dryness becomes acute, it can spread into patches called eczema. But we can fight against this, by following some tips


1. Moisturize the Skin


After taking a shower, immediately use data-face and body lotion This will definitely lock the much needed moisture content. Applying lotion two times a day can provide some benefits.


2. Hydrate the Skin


For hydrating, you need to drink lots of water. This is tough during winter season. But just take it as a 'Must'. Even herbal tea or green tea works !


3. Exfoliate the skin


Always give a good body scrub and facial exfoliation. This is done to remove dead skin cells from the body. You need to do this once a week. This will keep the skin fresh and free from old dry cells.
