The four indian cities of Bangalore, Delhi, hyderabad and mumbai are among the top 20 stable cities according to the Asia Pacific Sustainability Index 2021.



These cities are listed according to the Knight Frank's APAC Sustainably Led Cities Index, a global property consultant, based on urbanization pressure, climate change, carbon emissions, and government efforts.


Best in Commercial Real Estate

Singapore, Sydney, Wellington, Perth and Maybourne are the top 5 cities in the Pacific region to receive a green rating in commercial real estate.


Gold city of India

Bangalore continues to be at the forefront of these cities with similar excellent stability. It also ranks 14th in commercial real estate in the same Asia-Pacific region. Bangalore is the only indian city to have a gold standard.


2nd place for whom?

Delhi is the 2nd best city in India. It is also ranked 17th in the same Asian region. It is followed by hyderabad at 18th and mumbai at 20th.
