Actor-director R madhavan, riding high on the success of ‘Shaitaan’ alongside ajay Devgn, has made a significant real estate investment in Mumbai’s prestigious Bandra Kurla Complex. Reports reveal that madhavan has purchased a luxurious apartment worth Rs 17.5 crore.
According to Squareyards.com, a leading real estate and mortgage platform, Madhavan’s new residence is a spacious 389 square meters (4,182 square feet) apartment in the upscale Signia Pearl complex. This ready-to-move-in property includes two parking spaces and is located in the prime corporate hub of BKC. The high-rise building, now Madhavan’s mumbai address, features an array of high-end amenities, ensuring a lavish lifestyle.
