Vivek Agnihotri -to Supreme court on hijab??
A few days ago, a bill was introduced in parliament by the swiss government to impose a fine of $ 1,000 on those who violate the burqa ban. In such a situation, when Justice Dhulia ruled against the hijab ban, giving several arguments on the decision of the karnataka High Court, vivek Agnihotri, sharing a report of this bill issued by the swiss government, tweeted and wrote- "I am against the burqa. I would like to know the views of Justice Dhulia on this international, Islamophobic conspiracy."
Apart from this, Justice Dhulia also talked about its impact on the education of girls. She said, the girls in these areas first do household chores and then go to school. The biggest question in my mind was the education of the girl child. Asking girls to remove their hijab before entering the school gate is an attack on their privacy, then an attack on their dignity and ultimately depriving them of secular education, he said. Justice Dhulia said that if girls want to wear hijab, even inside their classroom, they cannot be stopped if it is worn in a matter of their choice.
