Michael Jackson: Three songs of Michael Jackson removed from streaming sites, there was a dispute about vocals for a long time

Famous pop singer and dancer Michael Jackson was often in discussion about his songs. The artist may not be among us today but his songs are still entertaining the audience. Meanwhile, now recently a news related to the late singer has come to the fore. Recently, three songs of Michael Jackson have been removed from the streaming sites. These songs of Michael have been claimed for a long time that they have been sung by someone else.

"Breaking News", "Monster" and "Keep Your Head Up" were released in 2010 under the album "Michael". The songs were released a year after Michael's death. After the release of these songs, some fans argued that the vocals of these songs were actually American session singer Jason Malachi. However, sony denied all these claims.

The record company and Jackson's estate said that we decided to remove these songs in a simple and fair manner to settle the controversy surrounding the songs. But he also clarified that the removal of songs has nothing to do with the fact that we have any doubts about the authenticity of the songs. Sonny and Jackson's estate also stated that seven other tracks on the album "Michael" would remain available.

According to reports, Jackson wrote and recorded these songs in 2007 with producers Edward Casio and james Porte. But some fans, and even some members of the Jackson family, expressed skepticism and sony was forced to issue a statement saying they "fully believed" the vocals in the song belonged to Jackson.

In 2014, fan Vera Serova launched a lawsuit in california against sony, Jackson's estate, Casio and Porte alleging lies to consumers. However, in this case, the court dismissed the case in 2018 which ruled in favor of Soni and the estate. Serova then appealed to the supreme court of california, but the judges did not take a stand, and the dispute is still unresolved.
